Breathe in God’s Truth
“Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel” (which means, God with us).
Matthew 1:23
Passages to Study: Ephesians 2:4-13; Revelation 21:3
Questions to Consider
- Have you stopped to consider how amazing it is that the God of this universe desires close, personal fellowship with you?
- Although we do not physically see or hear Christ, how do we know that He is with us? (Consider passages like John 16.)
Breathe out Your Response
Dear Jesus,
Thank you for choosing to leave the unimaginable riches of glory to take on human flesh and dwell WITH us! Thank You for not only temporarily coming down to interact with humanity, but You have promised to never leave nor forsake us. You are God with us always and forever!
